i suck at drawings

I decided that I wasn't going to take a picture today, instead I'm going to draw. I'm not a good drawer, and I don't have good concepts, but whatever.

ive misplaced my triscuits

And my mind.I bought modeling clay today, and I forgot what I was doing for nearly an hour. That and I was looking at Craigslist at houses with bath tubs, just to get over the fact I can't have one right now. I had a really good day off.

It's amazing how beautiful this city is, even at night. Coming from a tiny town with no pollution, no homeless people, a harbour and old hertiage buildings, you'd have to be crazy to think that Vancouver can sometimes be the most breath taking place I've ever seen. Keep in mind I've been to many cities, Veradero, London, Rochester, Ottawa... and still, there's something special about Vancouver. Something about the way the sky turns different colours, or the way the water looks at night. Maybe I'm in an appreciative mood.

my mom taught me well

So, I had a pretty long and boring day at work, and to top it all off, when I got home, my room was disaster. It took me two hours to clean up. But whatever, I found a couple of cool things, including "Unlikely" by Jeffrey Brown, my favourite.

I feel sort-of better today, but I passed my sickness on to Adam AND Nathan. Random pukies and calling in sick to work. No thank-you. It sucks when you can't afford to just lay at home and feel better.

my throat is itchy

I woke up super early and looked out my window, and this is the first thing I saw, and I don't know how well I'll feel later, or how long I'll want to be up. But, I really like this picture, it's the only one I took, too.

Today I feel pretty darn sick, and it's weird cause this sickness came out of nowhere, but now it's everywhere in my body. I hope that I feel better come tomorrow night, cause I want to go out and boogie.

mother freakers

Sometimes you just have to stop and realize how amazing your roommate is. There isn't much to say about this, except that I had a great night with Adam.
We went to see Subtle, and Pans Labrynth, and and and I had so much fun and and and I'm so tired.

keep me where i belong

Today has been really low key, and quiet, and my hair is still huge and crazy. But the sky looks really pretty, and so do the trees. I can help but wish that spring started tomorrow and all my dresses were no longer closet ridden, and more so wind bound.

explanation

So, I decided to make this blog, cause I was going through my photos and realized that the only thing I've really done with my new camera is take pictures of me in different masks, me cuddling Nathan, or me in social events, being crazy.

So, I'm going to take a picture every day (a different one) and post them. Feel free to tell me I'm a bad photographer, or what you like/dislike about my pictures.
