I have had such a good holiday, last night Jake and JJ came over and we had a bit of a games night, ate the rest of my chocolate cause I am going on a strict no junk food thing come January. Got to shed some of this huggle-skin. No worries though, guarenteed I will be just as cuddly. Seriously. What else? I am getting excited to hand in my portfolio.

Happy Early Christmas!

Today Nathan and I exchanged presents cause we have lots going on this week and we're travelling to the island for Christmas (and god knows I don't want to haul everything over there... twice) Anyway, long story short... he got me a new lens! A Canon 50 mm Portrait Lens. It takes pretty pictures, let me show you!

I wish all my friends were in the same room!

I wish Colleen came back, and that Shawna and Woody came here, and I owned a giant castle and had a huge costume ball. I wish I then was part of Ever After, and as cute as Drew Barrymore.

Also, Santa, if you are reading, these are some things I like:

1) A new computer screen
2) A wide angle lens for my camera
3) New boots
4) New glasses, for I get headaches
5) Lots and lots of vinyl/plush toys
6) A new dress

I never really enjoyed using cookie cutters. I never really did. When my mom did bake, we use to just make random shapes, unless it was my Great Grandma's shortcake reciepe. We always had to do that correctly. Sweet, shapeful and really friggen good.

This season makes me want to spend all my evenings in my parents basement, drawing on the ceilings and avoiding grown-up things. Like, dealing with the cable guy, finding out how to work our buzzer, talking to our landlord, being lonely when he gets home late. Like right now, listening to soft music and almost having a hernia when the closet creepily opened by itself.

I feel that my overactive imagination may never be cured.

Never Will Come For Us

So my life has been in fast forward as of late. I'm moving, right downtown, and I'm packing and my boss is being a bitch, and the weather is sort of ugly, and I feel like I should be getting ready for Christmas but instead, I'm going to be making a big change! I've decided to give my two weeks notice, and go work with my friend Jake. I may even get a second job on the side, during the week just to save enough money to go somewhere later this year, cause that's important to me. So are my parents! They're helping me move! And probably bringing me salmon!

I love blind box toys, but I can't stand when they suck. It breaks my heart to open the box and see a toy that doesn't make sense. I don't even really want to add it to my collection. My collection is amazing.

You know what else is amazing? This scarf weather. I really enjoy walking around in it. The other night Jake and I walked around and wrote down numbers for a bunch of places, I'm stupid, and lost the peice of paper and cut my losses by buying all you can eat, vegetarian indian food, but whatever.

Nothing can make me unhappy. Only summer, apparently.

THEY'RE OUT!

This is mainly for my parents to be disgusted by. Thanks mom and dad for looking after my "angst" but I guarentee you for the most part it did go away when I moved away. Everyone else; these are my wisdom teeth who were brutally beaten by an old british man.

thank god you see me the way you do

It's so nice out, but I have been held captive by my DS (mainly 'Animal Crossing') But it won't last long, because I have to go get groceries and do other things that I need to do (wow, what a bad sentence) I just have to throw this out there though; If you don't know what Last FM is, I feel fairly bad for you, for it is the most amazing things I have on my computer, other than some of the pictures I have of JJ dancing. I go to get my wisdom teeth out on friday morning, and I'm more excited then anything. They're trying to kill me.

I wish I was going to H&M today with Jake and JJ, but instead, I am sitting here, getting mentally and physically prepared for working today. But, I got a new dress yesterday to wear to work, so it eases the pain a little. Two more days until a day off, AND! I get to see my parents tomorrow.

I chopped all my hair off, or my mom did rather. I also found out that my wisdom teeth procedure is going to be a nasty one and that I need a new computer, and a new tattoo.

This is how I fill my Thursday nights. With underwear wearing, and dipping and listening to soft favourites. This is how I've spent months now. I haven't spent time taking pictures lately, in which I regret. Not pictures worth posting, anyway. Pictures of me doing jello shooters, and laughing really hard.

So it seems that after the weather has been crazy hot for the last week, the ran came again tonight, and I find it really refreshing. I find a lot of things really refreshing as of late, including getting things off my mind. I love writing things down. Me and words are best friends. Speaking of best friends, I'm going to go see Marnie at the end of June. I got a vacation! June 23rd to 27th!

Talk about a great trip to the island! Mini golfin', sunshine, king sized bed, mama and papa lew. It was a really really good time, and I'm so glad I got to see them! When Nathan and I got home, we went for a run, and I'm already sorta feelin' it.

I am looking way too forward to going home to Ladysmith this weekend, this whole busy bee Vancouver thing is wearing me out, girl! Haha.
